My account has been sanctioned because of a refund.
In Avatara, if a refund is made through the store (App Store, Play Store) rather than the customer center, your account may be restricted.
If you want to cancel your restriction,
Please proceed in making a re-payment for the amount that was refunded, and contact the Customer Service Center.
